Simply sit down for, (at the most), ten to twenty minutes, breathe DEEPLY and
SLOWLY, and think about soothing things. Think about waterfalls, wind chimes, the
forest, whatever calms you.
The simplest mantra to chant is “ Om Mani Padme Hum “. This is the mantra of
compassion. It invokes a feeling of peace within it's speaker. It is the shortest and
